The easiest one to define is ‘Events‘: if you renamed that to ‘Meetings’, it hopefully gives an indication that this is where you are attending something. It might involve other people (“Meet with boss”) or could be “Flight from Stansted to Glasgow”.

Tasks allow you to have multiple items to be donefor example, a task of ‘Weekend away’ could have subtasks of “fill car with fuel | pack case | take camera | packed lunch | book hotel, etc. Tasks have recently been ‘beefed up’ by Google so that they can be repeated. Whilst my ‘Weekend away’ task probably isn’t something which you’d put in as a recurring event (nice ‘thought that might be!), if you have a regular work meeting, you might use a Task to add all the things you need to do in preparation for that meeting.

Reminders are where you want to be reminded about thingsfor example, if I went to the gym on Thursday evenings after work (going to the gym would be an event), I might add a reminder on Thursday morning to take my gym gear with me to work. Reminders are pretty basic but work well.

具体使用什么类型,取决于我们针对某件事项的看待方式。针对我们的诉求,常见的案例:

每隔一段时间,我们就要眺望远处来缓解视力疲劳。我们会将其设置为 Remnder 而非 Task,原因在于:(1)其为可选事项,(2)若针对该事项创建 Task 条目,我们则需要跟进进度(例如,完成任务后需要勾选掉其状态,等等)

每周五,我们需要洗衣服。那么我们会将其设置为 Task,原因在于:(1)其为必做事项,(2)我们需要记录并确保自己已经完成该事项。

每月初,我们需要进行缴纳电费。那么我们会将其设置为 Task,原因在于:(1)其为必做事项,(2)我们需要记录并确保自己已经完成该事项。

任务状态 | Task Status

Status of a task indicate the progress of the task. Status of the Task Labels are Open, In Progress, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled, etc.

Status of a Task is a required field and it is a string data type Field. Combo box is used to add list of Status Labels (Open, In Progress, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled, etc.) and Select one item. Here are few more characters of the status of a Task in the Project Plan Templates.

Open status Tasks are Tasks just assigned and not yet started.

In Progress Status Tasks are Tasks are currently under development and resource is working on tasks (%Progress >=1 and <=99%).

Completed Tasks are Tasks which are completed (%Progress=100%).

On Hold Tasks are Tasks which are stopped and waiting for further communication (%Progress >=0 and <=99%).

Cancelled Tasks are Tasks which are cancelled by the Client or Project Teams (%Progress >=0 and <=99%).

在任务管理中,常见的任务状态有以下几种:

  • 待办的 | TODO | To Do | 描述:任务刚刚创建或者还未开始处理,等待被分配或被执行者主动领取。
  • 待审核 | UDRV | Under Review | 描述:任务已完成初步处理,等待相关人员进行审核和评估。
  • 被拒绝 | RJCT | Rejected | 描述:经过审核或评估后,任务未满足要求被拒绝。
  • 进行中 | INPG | In Progress | 描述:任务正在被执行的状态。
  • 暂停的 | ONHD | On Hold | 描述:由于各种原因任务暂时停止,等待进一步的指示或条件满足后再继续。
  • 已取消 | CANC | Cancelled | 描述:由于各种原因任务被放弃执行
  • 已完成 | DONE | Completed/Done | 描述:任务按照要求顺利完成,并通过了所有必要的审核和确认。

性质

取消 Objective O 概念,但增加从属关系

Goal Project Mission … 针对我们来说,该类事物是相同的,其代表最终要产出的结果。其可能是阶段性的任务,亦或者最终目标。

但是,……,虽非简短、明确的任务,但其仍旧是任务。
