Android Contacts 导出 .vcf 文件，然后 Synology Contacts 倒入联系人。
iOS Contacts 导出 .vcf 文件，然后 Synology Contacts 倒入联系人。
To export iPhone contacts, open the Contacts app, tap the “Lists” button, and touch and hold an existing list or “All Contacts” to get a pop-up menu. From there, tap “Export,” select the fields you want to include, and choose how to send or save the VCF file, such as through AirDrop, Messages, or Mail.
